Procedure for Requesting an Extended Deadline for Completing Course Credits

According to the PPGEE Internal Regulations:

Art. 18 - Credit fulfillment in the courses must be made within a maximum period of one year (12 months) for the Master´s degree, counting from the date of enrollment in the Course.

Paragraph 1 - Students who have not been awarded a scholarship to take the course may be granted a period of one more academic semester to complete the course credits, at the discretion of the CPG.

To request an extended deadline, the student must send an email to the PPGEE administration (ppgee@ufscar.br) according to the following template, signed and scanned.
